A holding company listed on the first market of the Italian Stock Exchange, long active in Italy as a precursor in financial activities related to salary-deducted loans through its subsidiary Prestitò. A company with strong market experience linked to a thorough knowledge of the Italian credit market, which guaranteed it a primary role in the past and an equally prominent one now through ISCC Fintech, a subsidiary corporate structure active in the world of NPLs and credit recovery in all its phases. Through the subsidiary ISCC Fintech, the Group controls Società tra Avvocati, a legal firm with over 40 partners among Italian full-service law firms.

The company has proven capacity as an independent investor in the Italian system, demonstrated by its primacy and foresight in the investment field, first in its financing activities through salary-deducted loans, and now in the credit recovery market.

Conafi S.p.A. operates through the subsidiary Prestitò s.r.l. in the sector of loans repaid by salary deduction (CQS), pension (CQP) or by payment delegation (DP), as financial agent for leading operators in the sector.
The main characteristics of the CQS, CQP and DP loans can be summarized as follows:

    from 24 to 120 months;
  • Fixed
    rate;
  • Rate
    Fixed, equal to a maximum of 1/5 of net salary;
  • Maximum amount that can be financed
    € 75,000 in terms of gross amount;
  • Guarantees
    Life risks insurance policy and financial or credit loss.

To support its development activities, Conafi S.p.A has designed and launched the service ‘CQS turnkey for retail banks’, which constitutes an innovative opportunity for banks, allowing them immediate access to the sector, even without specific know-how. The service is modular and so can be adapted by each Institute to its own commercial and operational needs.

HISTORY

Conafi S.p.A. was founded in 1988 as a financial and insurance consultancy company, specializing, several years later, in the sector of salary-deducted loans and payment delegation.
The main stages of the Conafi Group’s growth are:

1990
Operates as an organizational, legal/contractual, IT consultant for Baxel, general agent RAS Quinto Stipendio;

1990-1993
Agent for Piedmont for Baxel s.r.l. for the sale of CQS with the RAS brand;

1994
Consultant for Adriatica Finanziaria S.p.A. in its transformation from a leasing company into a bank transferee company for the CQS sector, dealing with ‘turnkey’ in all its areas, and subsequently assuming the role of General Agent for the whole country, responsible for credit-scoring and loan approval up to 2001;

1995
Participates in the establishment of Quinto Service s.r.l., later absorbed as a business branch into the CQS sector of Finemiro S.p.A., today Neos Banca, taking care of legal, commercial and investigative aspects;

1995
Creates the first network of single-product franchised agents in Italy with the TuttiPrestiti brand;

1996
Establishes a training school which produces numerous consultants who in turn create mini sales networks;

2001
Transformation into a joint stock company and registration in the Register of Financial Intermediaries pursuant to art. 106 TULB. Entry into the corporate structure of Meliorbanca S.p.A. and Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna S.C.P azioni;

2002
Launch of CQS loan brokerage by means of a credit limit made available by Meliorbanca S.p.A. and by Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna S.C.P. azioni;

2003
Launch of ‘CQS turnkey for retail banks’ project. Signing of the first mandates with credit institutions such as Banca Popolare di Sondrio and BCC Pordenonese;

April 2006
Registered on the special list of financial intermediaries pursuant to Art. 107 by the Banca d’Italia.

June 2006
100% acquisition of the capital of Italifin, financial agent and credit broker which acquires customers through media advertising initiatives;

September 2006
Presentation to Borsa Italiana S.p.A and CONSOB respectively of the application and communication for admission of the company’s shares to listing on the Expandi Market.

12 april 2007
The shares of Conafi Prestitò S.p.A. are admitted to trading on the MTA of the Italian Stock Exchange/p>

March 2008
The Conafi Prestitò Group embarks on its strategy aimed at expanding its range of financial products and services dedicated to the corporate segment.

May 2011
The Conafi Prestitò Group announces its entry into the new online mortgage brokerage business with the MutuoSulWeb brand.

December 2017
Conafi Prestitò S.p.A. ceases its financial intermediary activities and transforms its corporate purpose into a holding company.
