– for the transmission of Regulated Information it has chosen to make use of the circuit SDIR-NIS, managed by BIt Market Services, a firm in the London Stock Exchange Group, with registered office at P.zza degli Affari 6, Milano
– for the maintenance of published regulated information, it has adhered to the centralized storage mechanism ‘1Info’, which can be consulted at www.computershare.it, managed by Computershare S.p.A. based in Milan and authorized by CONSOB with resolution no. 18852 of 9 April 2014
